HI, I’M ALLY.

I am a graduate from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia where I received a bachelor’s degree in public relations with a minor in business and a certificate in new media. My education and work experience has resulted in a diverse working background that includes knowledge of creative writing, media strategy and client communications, as well as web content development and design. I am a self-motivated, charismatic and detail-oriented communicator who is passionate about client relations and marketing communications.

As a student, I was a Presenter Curator for TEDxUGA, and I served as a member on the TEDx UGA Steering Committee. I was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) Drewry Chapter at UGA, where I served on the Outreach Committee. I worked at the UGA Office of Government Relations developing public relations strategy, drafting correspondence, conducting research and assisting with event planning. I have gained both agency and in-house experience through internships with local firms as well as a multi-billion dollar restaurant company and an international airline company. In all of my roles, I have gained valuable experience initiating effective communication, creating traditional and digital media, and refining my writing skills. Currently, I am applying my knowledge and passion for marketing communications in a full-time role supporting global brands.
