True to size. The upper is incredible, hyper breathable and the lockdown is the best I’ve experienced. Saucony really did something special with their Endorphin line. I wouldn’t say this is a speed shoe, it can definitely pick up the pace mid run for some tempo workouts but it’s really meant for those easy and recovery days. The Shift makes a great training partner if you’re looking to fill that easy day or daily trainer space in your rotation.
